PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE YOU ASK FOR A DIGITAL ART COMMISSION.ASKING ME FOR A DIGITAL ART COMMISSION MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED ON MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

I. COPYRIGHTI'm the owner of the copyright on all my artworks.You agree I can use the commissioned arts to: (except private commissions)Promote myself in any place and websites.Post or share it on my websites or social medias.Print it out for personal use.Use it as my commission samples printed or not.II. USAGEThe artist shall be credited for any created artworks.The artworks can be used for personal only unless it has been requested, permitted and paid for commercial usage.The artworks with commercial usage can be resold and be traded for once only and not more than the original price.You agree not to upload and post the original size of the artworks without watermarks publicly.III. GENERAL TERMSFirst come, first serve basis.No rush commission(s).No reservation, cancellation and refund of commission(s). (See "Payment" section below on how to get a refund from me)Must have clear full body references (chibi or human size). Bust ref for bust commission (etc.) is ok.Other References (add-ons) must be free to or permitted to use, or your own.Commission requests may be accepted or rejected.IV. PAYMENTMode of Payment: Boosty (USD)50% payment first before drawing.Any payment made outside Boosty won't be accepted and won't be returned or fully refunded.Payment on Boosty can only be refunded if the artist won't be able to draw and finished the commission(s) anymore due to unfortunate situations like being disabled.V. PROCESSTurn around time (TAT): less than 7 day up to 14 days per characterDrawing time: 5 days per weekWork in progress (WIP) will only be shared if needed.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 to 2 months per batch depending on the following factors:Type of commission (large chibi take the longest time to finish)Number of commission (please check your batch and slot number; it can play a big role on your waiting time)Complexity of the artPower interruptionsComputer problemsSlow/No internet connectionEmergenciesPersonal time off (bad health, chores, visitor(s), vacation, event(s) and anything personal and private) Bad health, emergencies and/or computer problems will most likely the one to interrupt your commissions for up to 2 months.VI. WHAT TO EXPECT AND GET ON THE DIGITAL ART COMMISSIONThe art(s) will be drawn in my own style or way and in digital art only. You will get a digital file via email, not a printed art.You will get a simplified and chibified version of your character(s) and add-on(s) for chibi commissions.You will get your commissioned art(s) in PNG format and in their original size(s) or image(s) with and without watermark on a simple colored background plus a transparent background version for a non-full background commission.VII. OTHERSYou agree you won't file for a chargeback on Boosty.You agree to only share or use your legit personal information for your Boosty.You agree to follow other commission details and information provided on my digital art commission shop.
